Early November, you will receive access to the conference app hosted by Swapcard. Download the app to your mobile device or access it through any web browser. Use the conference app to build a profile and connect with others.

Manage your registration

Skill booster course: HTML templates

On Wednesday, before the full conference starts, we will offer an in-person skill booster course on HTML templates. This all-day intensive will help you make the most of the transactional emails sent from your Tessitura system. 

This course is designed for users with some experience in HTML templates who are looking to go deeper. You’ll get a chance to work with HTML templates hands-on. Participants will receive a certificate of completion following an end-of-course assessment. 

This course has limited seating, and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration is required. This full-day course is AU$175 including lunch and refreshment breaks. If you did not add the skill booster course to your initial registration, you can do so by modifying your registration. Hotel and travel

Many hotels are within walking distance of the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney. We’ve identified a few within 0.5km of the venue for your consideration.
